Former 9L fiction editor, Alex Shakar's new book, Luminarium will be out on August 23. It's getting great reviews!

Contributor Round-Up

The Lost Episodes of Revie Bryson by Bryan Furuness (vol. 6, no. 1) will be published by Black Lawrence Press in Late 2012. Anyone who has read any of Bryan's Revie stories knows that more of that character is a good thing.

Michael Czyzyniejewski's (vol. 7, no. 2) second story collection, Chicago Stories, will be published by Curbside Splendor in early 2012.

New Pages has posted a new batch of book reviews, featuring some looks at books by 9L authors, including Brian Oliu (vol. 6, no. 1), Maxine Scates (vol. 8, no. 1), Camille Dungy (vol. 5, no. 1), and Mary Miller (vol. 7, no. 2).

The Indiana University Press blog has an interview with Marianne Boruch (vol. 6, no. 1) about her book, The Glimpse Traveler.

Congratulations to everyone on their new books!

And don't forget our annual yard sale is going on right now. All back issues are on sale for $5.95!
